I live in South Africa and I had no idea about this cappuccino issue until you came along. I used to drink coffee or rooibos tea (flavoured water?) when I grew up. The first time I heard about cappuccino was as a teenager in a restaurant and the Waiter would always ask whether I want it with foam or cream!
So thanks for educating me in matters relating to system requirements as well as cultural requirements!
